40k Terrain Wreckage 2

Warhammer 40k terrain made from scratch.

The Rino tank is made entirely from foamboard with a few Rino tank bits attached. The terrain is made on a base of foamboard, with toilet-paper-mache (glue, toilet paper, tiny bit of water) formed around the tank. While it was still wet, I made a thick mix of water and modeling sand, and then picked up a munch of sand with a very stiff brush. Doing this not only leaves sharp grooves in the paper-mache with the hard bristles of this particular brush, it leaves behind a bit of sand with each stab. (which glues on later). Then i coated on a thick layer of primer spray, which doubles to hold some of the loose sand.
